Cabo San Pablo Tour, An extraordinary panorama of “the other island”, other landscapes, other histories and other people and as a part of the experience, only us. We starts in Ushuaia, towards east, through the valleys where the winter sports resorts are site, then we will visit the Garibaldi Pass, the highest point of National Route 3 and where we will go across the Fuegian Andes and where will see a spectacular view of Lakes Escondido and Fagnano. Then we will stop at Tolhuin, heart of the island and a singular spot in fuegians life.

The tour has been designed in the focus to still life, wildlife, landscape, macro and nature photography.

Birds: Neotropic Cormorant, Upland Goose, Crested Duck, Southern Wigeon, Andean Condor, White-throated Caracara, Southern Caracara, Chimango Caracara, Chilean Skua, Dolphin Gull, Dark-faced Cinclodes, Thorn-tailed Rayadito, Dark-faced Ground-Tyrant, White-crested Elaenia, Austral Thrush, Black-chinned Siskin, etc.

One of the most interesting points of this tour is the sequence that occurs in the landscape of mountains and lakes to reach the Atlantic Ocean where the horizon never ends. The Fuegian Steppe with guanacos, its cliffed coast and endless tides. The best chances to photograph landscape, wildlife and macro photography.

We will continue along a non-paved secondary road on the way to C. San Pablo, on the Atlantic Ocean and all its immensity. In the afternoon, already in our way back to Ushuaia, we will see sunset on Lake Escondido.
